HLT505: Immunizations Document Report

All parent updates to the Immunization Record made through the Emergency Card in ParentVue will now be automatically accepted, rather than "pending" until staff review and approve. This is to prevent a backlog of pending updates, which might affect the timeliness of other important updates showing up in Synergy.

Run a Synergy “U-HLT505: Immunization Documents Report” to see which students have a record uploaded and which do not.

After you have the report, follow these next steps:

  1. For any student without a record (IZ_DOC_UPLOAD_YEAR="NULL"), check Synergy to see if any documents were miscategorized or if another uploaded record also includes the immunization record (e.g. the parent may have scanned several types of records together).
  2. When you have verified that there is no uploaded record, first check CAIR for an up to date record, then contact the parent to request the record.
  3. Once you get the record, verify that the new dates match the record and upload it to the Documents tab in Synergy.
  4. A hard copy may be filed in the cum folder but is not required.
