We are conducting almost all business remotely due to concerns with the Coronavirus/COVID-19. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are encouraging you to continue providing services and resources, wherever possible.

Child Care Assistance Program Providers:

CCAP Waitlist Update:  Effective 3/1, we have discontinued the waitlist for CCAP.   For families that were on the waitlist with an application completed between 1/1-3/1/2020, those children were authorized and moved onto the CCAP program.  For families that were on the waitlist with an application that was received prior to 1/1/2020 a new application to determine eligibility is required per program rule and CCAP staff reached out to these families to obtain an updated application.  We are also asking families to let us know if they're not able to find a provider.  Thank you so much for your ongoing partnership and patience during this challenging time.

COVID-19:  We have been reviewing our internal operations and have made several changes in light of the Coronavirus/COVID-19:

• For the month of March, we are increasing our coverage of absences from one per month to ten.  This will provide coverage for children who are absent due to illness or required quarantine.  If you have additional absences incurred, please reach out to the contacts below.  
• For the months of April, May, and June we are increasing our coverage of absences to 30 for the month to provide for coverage of children who are out as well as providers who may be closed due to this emergency.
• For the months of April, May, and June all parent fees will be set to $0.
• Changes to absences and parent fees should be reflected automatically in CHATs.  If you have any issues or find that these changes are not reflected, please contact us.
