ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: $2,503,818.25
Mark Snyder moved and Linda Bush supported the motion to accept the Consent Agenda as presented.
A. Quincy Street Property, Farm Bids Lynn VanKampen
Discussed in Finance Committee, March 2. The committee and I recommend the high bid is awarded: New Heights Farms. 52 acres @ $276 which is $14,352. Thank you to Lynn VanKampen for expertise and leadership in this process. Thank you to Mary Miilu, from the board, for making this happen so quickly,

After discussion, clarification, and it is certainly appropriate to adjust when needed, we are required to re-approve this Extended Continuation of Learning Plan every month during a meeting that has a public comment opportunity. Here is the Reconfirmation document to review our most current data & plan for delivery of instruction. No adjustments were needed after discussion.

A. Farm Bid Approval
April DeWitt moved and Mark Snyder supported the motion to approve the bid to lease the Quincy street property for farming purposes for 2021 and 2022 farming seasons.
VOTE: 6 - 0
B. ECOL / RECONFIRMATION APPROVAL
Linda Bush moved and Chad Creevey supported the motion to approve the ECOL Reconfirmation document for the next 30 days.
