Required Credentials
- Stable professional work history as an educator
- Passion for realizing achievement for ALL children
- Skilled relationship builder, communicator, and team member
- Elementary Teaching Certificate with an SEI endorsement
- Sustained experience as a highly effective teacher
- Possession of - or able to attain - a valid IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred Credentials
- Prior instructional coaching experience
- Formal training in Impact Cycle Coaching and/or Cognitive Coaching
- Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction or Ed Leadership
- Elementary certified, highly effective teacher with sustained experience
- Experience serving English Language Learners
