“Chitlins on China” It’s Time to be Authentic
As we move through Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, as time passes, as we grow in age, as we assess our lives, our careers, our relationships, do we assimilate or associate? Do we forget our cultural roots in order to assume the “necessary” protocols to move us toward whatever goals we have set for ourselves? We fear being our true selves sometimes because we fear being judged out of context. Let’s talk about being authentic by keeping “chitlins” on the various “china settings” we face as we live each day.
