ASN symposium proposals for the following Evolution Meetings seem to be due in September, or February. Not sure.
ASN also has its own meeting in January, traditionally in Pacific Grove, CA but recently there was a survey that asked about meeting in other locations.
Website: https://www.systbio.org/
Info about submitting symposium proposals for the Evolution Meetings:
https://www.systbio.org/symposium-proposal-submission.html
Notes: That page suggests that proposals for the June meeting are due by November 15, 2025. The year is no doubt a typo, or I misunderstood, and that’s for the summer 2026 meeting. Anyway, this suggests that the usual deadline is in November.
About: The AAA meetings include lots of sessions from associated organizations, which have various procedures for inclusions in their parts of the program. These organizations include the Evolutionary Anthropology Society, which doesn’t have meetings outside the AAA, I believe, and the Society for Anthropological Sciences, which also has separate meetings (or used to). Not sure about the Cultural Evolution Society.

Website: https://philsci.or.kr/english/
Notes: Usually, most presentations are in Korean. Some are in English. (One year, half were in English.)
Here is one website: https://sites.google.com/view/ap-psa. It says that presentations are in English. It lists past meetings in a variety of Asian locations, but the eeting yearly in different Asian countries, then every two years, but the last conference listed on the website was in 2023.
I also found this site for a joint conference June 17-19, 2025 with the Taiwan Association for Logic, Methodology, Philosophy of Science and Technology (LMPST Taiwan): https://appsa2025taiwan.mystrikingly.com/
From PhilEvents (https://philevents.org/event/show/125070): “APPSA 2025, in joint collaboration with LMPST Taiwan 2025, is an international forum that brings together scholars from Asia and beyond. These conferences are designed to foster communication and collaboration among scholars working in diverse areas of the philosophy of science, the philosophy of technology, and logic. Featuring keynote talks, contributed talks, and poster sessions, this conference aims to advance the Asian tradition in the philosophy of science, the philosophy of technology, and logic, and support high-quality research in these fields. We invite submissions of original research papers for presentation at the conference, encouraging contributions that explore innovative perspectives and methodologies within these fields. By promoting rigorous academic exchange and interdisciplinary dialogue, this conference seeks to contribute significantly to the global development of philosophical inquiry and practice.”

Notes: This year’s conference June 17-19, 2025, jointly with APPSA–see above. Presentations seem to be in English (with keynotes by Michaela Massimi and Sabina Leonelli.) Submission deadline was in December.
