MANDATORY: State-Required Wellness Wednesday Virtual Visits

Dear Students,

This email contains critical information regarding your Mandatory Wellness Wednesday virtual visits. Please read this carefully, as these weekly check-ins are strictly required and not optional.

These visits are mandated by the State of Pennsylvania. Because this is a state requirement, regular attendance is a condition of your enrollment in our online program.

Consequences for Missing a Visit:

If you fail to log in to your scheduled virtual visit weekly:

1. You will be required to come to the school building for a mandatory in-person meeting.
2. You will be in jeopardy of losing your online student status and may not be permitted to remain in the online program.

Again, participation is mandatory.

How to Find Your Meeting Link:

Your specific meeting links are pre-scheduled in your student calendar. To access them, please follow these steps to open your Google Calendar:

1. Log into your school Google account.
2. Look at the top-right corner of your screen (next to your profile picture) and click on the Google Apps icon (the grid of nine dots).
3. Select the Calendar icon from the dropdown menu.
4. Locate the current Wednesday on your calendar grid. Click on the Wellness Wednesday event to open it and click the joining link (e.g., Google Meet link).

If you follow these steps and still cannot find your calendar or your meeting link, please reach out to me immediately by replying to this email, and I will send the direct link to you.
