Agenda and Minutes:
SLT Meeting District 25 Saturday Event
District meeting Sat. Not Mand. Meetup location buses provided/childcare provided. Signup was sent out and Mrs. Simpson will resend it.
Elevate will start on April 29th (7 sessions total)
Program for students that could use some extra SEL.
Looking at the data 4th-5th grade will be targeted.
This will take place during recess and within the classrooms informally.
One parent meeting to also support probably taking place during the school day.
New York State Assessment Window & Updates
Computer based testing throughout the building second year being done.
3rd-5th grade all on the computer.
Different testing windows per grade. One grade will be tested at a time.
5th grade will start Wednesday. 2 days are mand. For each grade.
Bonus science for 5th grade.
School wide testing window April 22nd- May 16th.
Fifth Grade Events and Overview
Letter was sent out before Spring Break. Everything that is being planned. All events dates and times are included. Cost as well. Money received by May 22, 2025
Summer Rising and Summer Programing Updates
PS 201 housing Summer Rising 8-12pm.
Partnering with CommonPoint 6-7pm.
Academic Mon-Thurs and Summer Activities Mon-Fri
QCH Freedom School (120 students) will also be held in the building this summer.
There will be more students in July/Aug. Each program is separated from one another.
Dates: Orientation June 26th. July 2nd- Academic Ends Aug. 13.
Students from 200/499/201 will be attending. Only Elementary students k-5.
Breakfast/lunch is included.
Additional support security.

Will this be a feeding site?
Library will be a feeding center.
Agreement to increase signage to remind the community… no parking area.
2 weeks for ticketing and then the cars can be towed.
May and June PTA updates
4.22 Workshop recycle workshop 2:45 to celebrate Earth Day.
5.1 Birthday Celebrations in the Library at 1:30
5.5 Teacher appreciation week- breakfast from the PTA in the Library.
PTA asked to keep the library free.
5.19 May Birthday Celebration in the Library at 1:30.
6.13 Field Day/Carnival same day. Can the little ones go first??
Parents can sign-up to support.
June Birthday Celebration TBA.
Possible Bake sale: Donut sale to help offset the cost. 50% back to the school.
