- Welcome (Dr. Frederick White and Niccole Gatliff) updates.
- Dr. White called to order at 0908 a.m.
- Al Stitt made motion to approve the meeting minutes. Lisa Talbott seconds the motion. Floor opened for discussion. Al Stitt requested an addition to his description to include his real estate business.
- Al Stitt, 9-year veteran of the Navy Submarine Service, Founder Triple Influence, LLC, Business and Life Coaching with focus on veterans. Our mantra is to Make People Matter.
- Business Coaching – helps owners take their business from where it is to where they want it to be.
- Life / Success Coaching - helps clients build better relationships and deal with challenges in their personal and/or professional life by giving them not only a safe environment to be heard, but also tools to create more Income, Impact, and Influence.
- Leadership Development - provides a unique blend of high-tech tools and real-life exercises to cultivate effective leaders for any business or organization.
- Real Estate agent, licensed in Virginia, providing services for Residential and Commercial properties.
- The minutes approved as corrected. Dr. White stated, “the minutes stand approved as read/distributed/corrected.”

Intake office. Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas inspires self-sufficiency, dignity, and hope by providing critical health and human services to thousands of vulnerable individuals and families across Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia and the Carolinas.
- Wayne White, Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing: guide Veterans in-need to recovery through fly fishing, mentoring, and friendship. Dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings. 1 of 10 programs in Virginia

- Niccole invited Missy Dokes from the Marshall E. Dokes Memorial to introduce the upcoming charity race. - Shari Fletcher has volunteered and nominates herself to fill the position of Outreach & Media Coordinator
- The floor is open to other nominations. No other nominations and nominations were closed.
- Dr. White asked for a motion for Shari as the Outreach & Media Coordinator. Leslie Caliva made the motion and Edie McGoff seconded it. The floor all say Aye and Shari is now the CVEB Outreach & Media Coordinator
- Oscar Cerrito Mendoza has moved to Savannah, GA. The position of Historian is open. Al Stitt volunteered and nominated himself.
- Mike Diaz moved to appoint Al Stitt. Leslie Caliva 2nd the motion. All members agreed. Al was appointed as Historian.
- Each meeting the goal is to have a presentation from a member. Bru Randall will present Team Rubicon today.
