I Completed the Course, and My Certificate Has the name of a Coworker instead of My Name. What Should I Do?
No. Our training is designed to allow you to learn during your regular workday. It should take at least three hours total to complete a Responsible Facility Training and at least five hours to complete a Comprehensive Compliance Training. The Trainings are designed in sections to give you breaks and allow you to pause and complete other tasks.
When your supervisor or you registered for training through our Eventbrite, our system emails a ticket to the email you registered under. If you search your email for "Eventbrite," you should be able to locate your ticket. If your email address was entered incorrectly, then you should contact us at email@example.com to request we fix the registration error and send you course access information.
Make sure you are copying and pasting your enrollment code correctly. If you are, then please continue to read.
Every month, by the first of the month, the enrollment codes will change. Check your registration email from eventbrite. Did you register in the previous month? If you did, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a new code.
Look at the Course Progress Bar and see if you've completed every required portion of the training. In the Course Overview, you can check and see your progress as well. At the end of every section, there will be a button to Mark Complete that section of the course. If you do not Mark Complete each section, then you will not be able to access your certificate.
As well, please be sure to complete the Identification portion as well as the Feedback portion of the course. These are often missed.
Click the "Upload" button after selecting the file!
The Upload Button will change to say "Uploading."
Make sure the upload button changes to say “Success.”
Please contact email@example.com if you have any issues uploading your documents and send us the copies via email instead.
Unfortunately, you have completed the course under your coworkers login. You need to log out of their profile and log back into the iComply website using the email address you used to register for the training on Eventbrite. You will need to complete the training again under your own name.
