Date ________________

Complete the following table for your past experiences or future ones.

Write about the event/situation you’re feeling anxious about or experienced in the past.

What are your predictions about how it will go (or you can write the past ones)

Do some experiments in response to your fears (a behavioral goal)

What happened in that situation? What did you learn from the attempt?

In the light of this exercise, track your thought processing, what you predicted, how it affected your behavior, and by replacing it with some positive action, how you can change your processing for the future.
