1. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS
This document, our rules, policies and the other documents referenced make up our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc. This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use our site. Please read them carefully.
2. CHANGES
Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc may amend the Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the site. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. If we change the Terms in a way that reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities, we will provide you with a notification.
3. COMMUNICATIONS
By becoming a member of Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc you agree to subscribe to marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by emailing at us, info@womenpharmacists.org .
4. LICENSE TO USE OUR SERVICES
4.1 Subject to these Terms, Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site. Your right to use the site is limited by all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms.
4.2 Except for your pre-existing rights and this license granted to you, we and our licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the site, including all related intellectual property rights. Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, copyright law and international treaties.
4.3 Except as otherwise explicitly provided in these Terms or as may be expressly permitted by applicable law, you will not, and will not permit or authorize any third party to: (i) reproduce, modify, translate, enhance, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works of any of our Services; (ii) rent, lease or sublicense access to any of our Services; or (iii) circumvent or disable any security or technological features or measures of our Services.
5. LIABILITY
You agree that Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc shall not be responsible for the wrong use of the site and it further disassociates itself from any eventualities that may occur.
Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc may provide you with a mechanism to provide feedback, suggestions, and ideas, if you choose, about the site ("Feedback"). You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, use the Feedback you provide to us in any way, including in future enhancements and modifications to the site and services. You hereby grant to us and our assigns a perpetual, worldwide, fully transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable, royalty free license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the Feedback in any manner any for any purpose, without in any media, software, or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future, without any obligation to provide attribution or compensation to you or any third party.

8.2 Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their sites.
Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of these damages), resulting from your use of the site.
You will indemnify and hold Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc harmless from any costs, damages, expenses, and liability caused by your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party through use of Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc.
No waiver by Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc of any term or condition set forth in the Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Minority Women Pharmacists Association, Inc to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Florida applicable to terms and conditions made and to be performed in such state.
