Officials Allocation & Roster
State Prep Meet
All volunteer officials are required to be at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre at least 30mins prior to the commencement of the session.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Appropriate footwear should also be worn – no thongs.
- Mobile phones are not allowed to be used whilst on pool deck.
- Hats are not allowed to be worn on pool deck
- WARM UP SUPERVISORS need to be at the pool for the beginning of warm-up
- Warm-up supervisors have been highlighted in blue text.
- ANNOUNCERS are also required in the AOE room for the beginning of warm-up
OFFICIALS BRIEFING
All technical officials and volunteer officials are required to be present at a technical official briefing 30 minutes prior to the start of the first race. This briefing will be held in the Marshalling Room.
TICKETING
All officials must register via Swim Central prior to the registration closing date/time in order to gain entry into the venue.
