Recovery from drug or alcohol addiction is a long and arduous process that requires sheer will and determination. To keep up with your recovery progress you will be expected to make certain lifestyle changes.

There are a lot of things in your life prior to seeking recovery that were inevitably leading you toward your addiction. Identifying them and replacing them with healthier alternatives can ensure you are able to maintain your recovery progress for a much longer time.

It is completely normal to feel stressed or uncomfortable with the idea of change. Use this worksheet to lay out your concerns as honestly as possible.
