Account Manager

Location: Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with proven experience working at a fast-paced agency. The perfect candidate is social-media-savvy, has video expertise, exceptional client management skills and an understanding of why people view and share social content.

The ideal candidate will have a proficient understanding of producing video content, from script to screen, and will have worked with TV networks, streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, or film studios.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Acting as the main point of contact between client and Pop’N on projects

• Managing projects from concept to execution, including providing internal direction    based on client feedback, creating production timelines, and managing budgets

• Producing and guiding video production projects, including providing creative notes on scripts, edits and final cuts

• Creating and implementing social media strategies for television and lifestyle clients

• Creating project timelines and hitting all deadlines on-time

• Managing editors/designers/freelancers

• Copywriting and publishing via Pop’N Creative client social media handles

• Creating client pitch decks in Google Slides and working with designers to customize

• Organizing files and tasks inside of Google Drive and Wrike

EXPERIENCE

• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a digital account manager (or similar) role

• Proficient understanding of all current social media platforms

• Strong video production, digital marketing and branding expertise

• Experience working in the entertainment industry, specifically TV networks, film studios, production companies or streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, is a plus

• Experience in Google Drive, Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and Wrike are a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years experience working as an account manager at an agency

• A go-getter with a passion for doing things outside the box and a self-starter

• Extensive knowledge of digital and video file formats is a plus

• Must provide excellent customer service to our roster of clients

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

COMPENSATION

This is a contract position, either project base or month by month. Potential to be converted to full time. Availability: 15-30 hours per week
