Is Pre-Event Testing (PET) required?

To mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and safeguard the well-being of everyone attending the concerts, all attendees for concerts happening 2 August 2021 onwards will be required to present one of the following for entry:

  1. fully vaccinated status
  2. a negative PET result
  3. a PET Exemption Notice

Subsidised PET is available till 31 August 2021. For more details and FAQs regarding PET, please read here.

How can I know if my ticket’s status has been affected by COVID-19?

Currently the status of our events may be affected as part of the measures and restrictions adopted locally in relation to COVID-19. If the safety measures affected the event in any way or there is any change to your tickets, we will notify you via email with the details of the change. Please check your email inbox (including spam folder) with which you bought your tickets.

For shows affected by Phase 2 and 3 Heightened Alert, please read here.

Why does my ticket in the Fever app still state the original date if the show is postponed?

You will see that your Fever ticket still states the original date, but do not worry. We are working on finding a new date later this year as soon as possible and we will update it with the new date soon and notify you directly.

What should I do if my ticket(s) got cancelled due to COVID restrictions?

From Fever, we want to continue supporting our users, as well as our event organizers, musicians, actors, room staff, and other collaborators affected by this situation that is beyond our control. As we will always have available dates for the future, we have created a voucher for you to select a new date to enjoy the event, valid for all dates. Please follow the redemption instructions sent to you via email (please also check spam folder), and note that the voucher must be applied directly from the Fever app.

The current COVID restrictions have already been in place for quite some time, but why are my ticket(s) only "affected by COVID” now?

Fever is constantly monitoring the latest guidelines from the local authorities but it is not always clear if the restrictions will affect the date of your event or not from the get go. Our priority is to avoid making unnecessary changes to your ticket(s) hence we will closely monitor the situation and only make changes to tickets when we are certain the ongoing restrictions will not be eased by the date of your event.

Do I need to do TraceTogether SafeEntry to enter the venue?

As per Singapore’s COVID Safe Management Measures (SMM), all ticket holders must have the TraceTogether App/Token to check in via SafeEntry. Other check-in modes, such as using a mobile device’s camera, SingPass Mobile or other QR code reader apps, or using NRIC/FIN and other photo IDs, will not be accepted. Ticket holders who fail to adhere to this requirement will be denied entry to the show with no refunds or exchanges permitted.

How are seats assigned?

To ensure a safe and socially distanced event, all seats have been pre-assigned according to the zone of your ticket(s) and the number of tickets under your Ticket ID.  Upon arrival, the staff will check the quantity of seats you have in your Ticket ID and will direct you to your seats. There will be a two (2) seat gap next to your assigned seat(s) to allow for a one (1) meter distance between you and other groups, within your zone. Best endeavors will be made to sit groups together but group seats availability are subject to first-come-first-serve basis.

Are refunds allowed?
