i4 Insurance Talent (i4insurancetalent.com) is working closely with an aggressive, successful MGA who is looking for BUSINESS/SYSTEM ANALYST II - IV  WITH 2 - 10 YEARS PROPERTY & CASUALTY (P&C) INSURANCE EXPERIENCE PLUS 2 - 10 YEARS MS EXCEL POWER TOOLS EXPERIENCE. This is a REMOTE position..

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• manage and execute the full requirements lifecycle towards the configuration and optimization of a P&C Policy Admin system
• lead/participate in P&C Policy Admin system test case lifecycle
• gather, wrangle, analyze, and interpret data using advanced Excel and Excel Power add-ins
• design, implement and populate data models/databases
• develop and implement business process and data collection schemes to maximize efficiency and data quality
• diagnose and resolve user application issues

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 2 - 10 years requirements discovery, analysis, development, and validation, preferably using use cases
• 2 - 10 years P&C business and system analysis experience preferably using advanced Excel and Excel power tools, including Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, M, DAX
• 2 - 10 years relational and dimensional P&C data modeling
• 2 - 10 years commercial data mining, wrangling, and segmentation
•  2 - 10 years SQL
• 2 - 10 years test case life cycle
• excellent command of English, both written and oral
• excellent business social skills
• university degree in Data Analysis or similar

WHAT GIVES YOU AN EDGE

• 5 - 10 years P&C insurance business, system, and data analysis
• 2 - 10 years UX experience
• 2 - 10 years AWS and/or Azure
• 2 - 10 years Oracle servers
• located on East Coast

Compensation and Benefits

• $100K - $150K (USD) base compensation depending on qualifications plus bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package
