PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:
- 3-5yr old classes must have 1 parent or guardian upstairs just in case your child needs you.
- 6yr+ may be dropped off. Must be picked up on time.
- All Jr. Advanced classes can be dropped off 5 minutes prior to class and picked up immediately when class ends.
- Please CLEAR the lobby once you drop off your child to avoid congestion. You may go outside to socialize after class is done to avoid crowding in the lobby.
- Students and siblings MAY NOT be dropped off and left unattended at anytime.
DRESS CODE
- No Jewelry --- No hoop earrings, bracelets, necklaces and anklets. This is a SAFTEY HAZARD.
- Hair up off their shoulders, tight clothing, or leotard. No skirts or ballerina outfits.
All students are expected to come prepared for class and bring their own water!
ABSENCES: NOTIFICATION AND POLICIES
- A student exhibiting symptoms of a potentially contagious illness is NOT permitted to come to the gym until they are symptom-free for 3 days. (ei. cold or bad allergy day)
- DO NOT send your child in, we will give you a make up token. Keep the gym and others safe.
- You do NOT need to call or fill out any absence in the portal.
- You will receive a make up token AFTER attendance is taken.
WHEN IN DOUBT....PLEASE STAY OUT
- A student with a cough, fever, or symptoms of being ill is NOT permitted to come to the gym until they are symptom-free for 5 days.
- A student who tests positive for COVID-19 is NOT permitted to come to the gym until they are symptom-free for 5 Days
- A student with underlying health conditions (ex: diabetes, heart condition, asthma) or compromised immune systems: Parents are to use their judgment and consider these issues carefully when choosing to return to the gym.
- It is the parent's responsibility to notify the gym via the portal medical policy section of all student issues or developmental concerns.
As part of the North Stars Gymnastics organization, you understand you have a responsibility to consider all of the above when returning to the gym. You acknowledge and are committed to doing your part to keep our entire North Stars family safe and healthy.
