Zoom Eligibility Policy

This document outlines the policy in relation to the provision of UCD Zoom Accounts.

Zoom accounts are available the day following IT Account creation to the following category of Users:

The following users are not eligible for Zoom Accounts:

Zoom accounts are available ON REQUEST within Infohub \ Systems \ Systems Access Request if you require an account.

Recording retention Policy

Student recordings will automatically delete after 30 days.  All other Zoom account holder recordings will be automatically deleted 400 days after the creation of the recording.

Before Leaving UCD

Users should ensure they have download any recordings from Zoom in

advance of their Connect Account being disabled.


Zoom accounts will automatically disable once the relevant term of employment or registration ends.
