INTRODUCTION
Your role will be leading the team of volunteers at the info booth and thru the hallways, checking that your team will be present across the venue, checking the schedule being sure that volunteers are present at the booth and that physical activity will be loaded equally between the team.
You will be part of an attendee services team.

You are going to report to the Attendee services team.
Before you shift starts, you’ll meet the Attendee services team who will give you some brief instructions about your role.
