No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.
The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 30 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
This Candlelight experience will be hosted indoors in compliance with local health and safety regulations.
No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly nashville@candlelightexperience.com if you plan to bring a service animal.
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the performance?
No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Must be 10 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
There will be alcoholic beverages for purchase for those over 21+. Guests may bring a bottle of water.
There is free parking available on site at The Grove.
Yes. Please note that this event will be dimly lit. Please use extreme caution when traversing the venue grounds. Should you need ADA accessible entry, please email nashville@candlelightexperience.com
No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Face masks will be available at all events and attendees will be required to wear a mask throughout the entire experience.
What happens if the weather is bad?
This concert is indoors and therefore will not be rescheduled due to inclement weather. If an extreme weather event is pending, we will notify you via email with any updates.
