The Dundas Farmers’ Market (DFM) is a grower and producer-only market. The accompanying Rules & Regulations ensure that we maintain that standard. Please list everything that you plan to sell at the Market. Please Note that vendors are NOT PERMITTED to sell accessories purchased from outside sources (wholesaler/retailer). |

Vendor Description
New Applicant: Please provide a brief 50-word description of your business for our website.
Returning Vendor: If you vended at the market last year, please check your description on our website (dundasfarmersmarket.ca) and confirm if you would like any changes.
Hamilton Public Health Form
- Following acceptance to the DFM, vendors must submit a completed Farmers Market Vendor Information Form to the Market Manager (who will then pass this form on to the Market’s Public Health Inspector). This form is included in the application package.
- Vendors will not be permitted to attend the market until this form is submitted.
Certificate of Insurance
- Following acceptance to the DFM, vendors must provide a hard copy of their Certificate of Insurance. Vendors will not be permitted to attend the market until a current and valid Certificate of Insurance is received.

Payment:
- Returning Vendors will be notified of acceptance by email, and payment will be required by April 15, 2025
- New Applicants - must include payment by cheque with their application, dated April 15, 2025. You will be notified of acceptance by email.
- Cheques will not be cashed until acceptance to the DFM has been confirmed.
- The DFM is unable to accept payment by cash.
- No refunds will be issued after the vendor is accepted to the market.
