Savory Offerings

light, easy platters crafted with local herbs & veggies, artisanal cheese, and organic legumes, dairy & other ingredients. Serves 8-12 unless noted otherwise.

Brunch Grazing Board ($78) an assortment of sweet and savory fresh-baked goods including mini herb+cheese biscuits, fruity tarts & cobblers, coffee cake, quick breads, and a sprinkling of fresh fruit. Fresh hot coffee or a pitcher of iced herbal tea can be added for an additional charge.

Savory Grazing Board ($66)  2 handcrafted spreads (one flavor of hummus and one flavor of cheese dip or salsa) accompanied with locally sourced veggies, artisanal crackers, crostini or breads, and other goodies like olives and fruits.  Cheese options: creamy pesto, curried tomato cheese, honey sage blue. Hummus options: classic lemon, roasted garlic, rosemary lime, Kalamata olive, zesty green or spicy chipotle. Note: the grazing board can be specially made without dairy, gluten, or nuts; just let me know of any ingredients you wish to avoid.

Salsa Platter ($42) an assortment of fresh, made to order salsas served with handmade tortilla chips. Choose 2 (12oz) or 3 (8oz) options from the following: pico de gallo, guacamole, seasonal fruit salsa, avocado almond salsa, spicy roasted tomato salsa, chipotle lime salsa. Please specify your preference regarding spiciness and any salsa preferences.

Family-Style Salad ($48 serves 8-20) Local leafy greens and veggies with your choice of handcrafted salad dressings: tahini, herbal vinaigrette, sesame ginger, caesar, balsamic vinaigrette.

Samosa Platter ($80) a dozen handmade savory pastries filled with gently spiced potatoes and vegetables, accompanied by a selection of sauces & dips.

Cakes & Sweets

Delightfully wholesome cakes and boxed desserts made to order using fair-trade organic chocolate, sugar & spice, local flour and fruits, eggs from my flock of pastured hens, organic dairy and other natural, minimally processed ingredients.

Mexican Chocolate Cake ($85 9”; $50 mini 6”; or $160 half sheet): dark chocolate, spices, cayenne, with a light chocolate cream frosting and ganache. Can be made without cayenne.

Local Fruit Cobblers ($29 7” cobbler/ $68 tray of minis/  $40 for 6 minis) seasonal choices include apple spice, blueberry, blackberry peach, mixed berries, strawberry rhubarb, ginger peach… fresh whipped organic cream is available for added charge.

Local Carrot Cake ($85 9”; $160 half sheet; $50 mini 6”): infused with spice and layered with tangy butterscotch cream cheese frosting.

Cheesecake ($76 or $56 mini): choices include local pumpkin, triple citrus, chocolate orange, lemon ginger, vanilla bean topped with local berries (in season), caramel mocha, lime with black cocoa crust, cardamom mango, vanilla/mint with chocolate.

German Chocolate Cake  ($85 9”; $50 mini 6”): a coffee & coconut infused milk chocolate version that can be made with or without pecans.

Local Fruit Crostata ($40 roughly 10”; or 6 minis for $48): rustic, buttery almond tart topped with seasonal fruit &/ or berries; fresh whipped organic cream available for added charge.

Paleo Brownies ($54/2 dz): gluten and grain-free mini brownies. Choose from: dark chocolate, almond, hazelnut, peppermint or pecan.

Coconut Milk Chocolate Pudding ($48 for 6; $90 for 12):individually portioned pudding with (or without) organic whipped cream on top. Gluten free; vegan if served without whipped cream.
