Profile
I'm a creative person who specializes in making digital experiences for the end user. My process involves extensive user research that allows me to have a deeper understanding of what is needed in order to create better designs. I conduct usability tests to help validate or invalidate assumptions. You can predict human behavior however, you never really know if something works until it is tested. I believe that empathy is the best lens to design through and to always design for your end user, not for yourself.
