THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from Seltzerland?

Seltzerland is a one-of-a-kind immersive experience. Spend the afternoon tasting 100+ unique hard seltzers, indulging in mouthwatering munchies, getting tons of Seltzer swag, and busting out the gram for an epic photoshoot.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an outdoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

Seltzerland is an outdoor, socially distanced event. It will be following all local rules and regulations related to COVID-19 at the time of the event. 

Is there air conditioning?

This is an outdoor, socially distanced event.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

Our event takes place outdoors on golf courses. Guests seeking accommodations, such as golf carts, can contact hello@cannonballproductions.com 

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, water bottles will be provided to all attendees. There will be food available for purchase on the course.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. Don’t forget to tag @Seltzer_Land!

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?

Seltzerland takes place across golf courses. There will be limited seating at select booths but the primary way to travel between booths is walking. Anyone needing accommodations, such as a golf cart, can email hello@cannonballproductions.com.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, there will be restrooms placed all throughout the course.

ACCESS

Do I need to wear a mask?

For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience for everyone.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.

Can I bring animals?

Sorry, no pets are allowed. Service animals will be allowed as permitted by federal law.

Is there an age requirement?

Seltzerland is a strictly 21+ event.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. As this is a drinking event, we encourage carpooling with a designated driver or ride share services.

What if the weather is bad?

Sometimes, it rains in paradise. Seltzerland is a rain or shine event. However, in extreme conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event. If the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation by email and on our social media pages.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

The Seltzerland event security reserves the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous, inappropriate, offensive or suspicious.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

While we are unable to provide wheelchairs, if you have a special need for a golf cart please email our team at hello@cannonballproductions.com so we can work on special arrangements.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

If available, tickets will be sold at the door for the remaining time slots.

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

Yes, we are happy to offer a military discount. Please email hello@cannonballproductions.com to receive a special discount code..

Do we offer carer tickets for free?

Yes, we are happy to offer free carer tickets. Please email hello@cannonballproductions.com to receive a special access code.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Seltzerland can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
