• Leadership/ General

• President handoff; 

• Current President Edward P. Rauch has completed his term and nominates for new President (Chia-Jung “Harper” Dion)
• “Harper” Dion nominated for the President, second by Carolyn “Carly” Arnold and Gradie Oakes; voted yes unanimously; congrats to new President Harper!
• Note: Harper will receive banking authority (joining Carly) and Ned will be removed

• Action Items

• Try to get class parents for each grade to see if we can get another person to step into Jake’s Programing role OR is that something that could be handled by committee
• ? - get set up with once a month meetings; executive meetings and then the extra meeting

• Proposed next meeting date is August 23; send a note to the team

• After-school

• Looking for a Monday and Wednesday activity
• Goal to have activities every day
• Other ideas and questions for after school

• Cooking Classes? - are we up to code?
• Have tried to do language courses for years and have been a nightmare
• Could we have one online after school program?
• Would we do two “courses” on certain days (or a course + free play) to help with transportation issues
• ? - can we do anything physical?

• Action Items

• Reach out to Emig to see what school had in mind - Harper

• Would there be plans for an after school bus? This was something that was provided for in the past

• Eric to speak with someone about after school cooking/ kitchen up to code, how it works, etc.

• Eric’s bar trivia thing - talk to him
• Amazon smile
• Lunches for fundraisers?

• Bagel lunch idea
• Bring back hot lunch? Was once a week, $5; salad/ veggie/ oreo

• Pay $150 for year, “$200 supports a kid in need”

• Keg social/ Brown bag
•  HVSF → used to do after school, would they be willing to do an event
