LightSpeed Parent Portal Information

Edina Public School uses the LightSpeed Internet Web Filter tool for all student accounts.   The tool is applied to the user account when students are logged into the Chrome browser with their assigned Edina email address (username@isd273.org)  

Parents and Guardians can request a weekly summary report and access to a Parent Portal app to monitor their students web activity while logged into their Edina account.  Lightspeed will not report activity when students are using their personal device or cell phone unless they are logged into the Chrome browser with their Edina email account.

Guardians can request access to the weekly summary report from our Incident IQ system.  bit.ly/ISD273techhelp 

The email you have on file in Infinite Campus will be attached to your student's @isd273.org account for Lightspeed Filter. You should receive an email on the weekend from Lightspeed's Parent Portal providing information on login and viewing your student's browsing history while signed in to their Edina account.

You may also need to add do_not_reply@lightspeedsystems.com to your email address book as a contact or approved sender.
