UIL Ready Writing

Congratulations! You have made the 4th Grade UIL Ready Writing Team for 2021-2022!

I am so excited to start working with you on writing. We will begin practice after school on Wednesday, October 27th from 3:45 - 4:30. We will continue practice every Wednesday unless I notify you otherwise. Please pick students up at the front of the school at 4:30.

Our team will consist of four students. Three students will compete and one will be an alternate. I have not chosen the alternate yet. I will be observing students all semester long and will choose an alternate based on how well they perform their writing each week. Alternates will not participate in the competition unless one of the other team members are not able to compete. Alternates will be able to attend the UIL field trip at the end of the year.
