Each year the Service Desk develops a set of minimum support standards for computer systems purchased by the university. Computers that fall below the minimum standards are not fully serviceable and should be updated or replaced. Consumer-based machines and models are not supported (e.g., Windows Home Edition operating system, 32-bit machines, etc.). To receive support, the computer must have an MSU asset tag and be connected to the Morgan domain.
