#END1IN10 and help survivors #LIVEABETTERSTORY when you walk or run JTHM’s 6th Annual 5k/1mile Hope Run or Walk Charity Fundraiser in support of survivors of sexual abuse, during Sexual Assault Awareness Month (#SAAM)!
Setting Up Your Virtual Hope Run Team:
- Register: go to our race website at www.journeytohealministries.org/hoperun and register as a virtual participant. During registration, you’ll be asked if you want to “join or create a team”. Select “yes”, and then select the option to “create a team”. Set up a team name that your friends and family will recognize, name yourself as the “administrator” of the team, then complete your race registration. Share your team name with friends & family and tell them to “join” your team when they register as a virtual participant for the race. Every virtual participant who registers by March 1st, is guaranteed a race t-shirt.
- Set your virtual race date, location, and distance: determine the location, date/time and distance for your virtual Hope Run. Make a list of who you want to invite to participate with you. Send them your race day details, along with your team name and race website link so they can get registered by March 1st to secure their race swag!
- Promote your virtual Hope Run event: download the 2024 JTHM Virtual Hope Run Flyer from the race website. Add the date, time and location of your event. Email to friends and family, or print and post at your neighborhood coffee shops, sporting goods stores, church, etc! You can also use the official race logo below to add to your own social or print promotion efforts.
Start a JTH Hope Run Fundraiser: Help us raise support for our mission by creating your own fundraiser on the Hope Run website. Click on www.runsignup.com/jthmhoperun and go to “donate.” You’ll see the option to “create a fundraiser.” Click on that and follow the prompts. Then share your fundraiser with friends and family. All donations submitted will go directly to our efforts to help survivors heal!
