Dasahit Returns and Exchange Policy:  We strive for excellent customer service.  We honor all returns and exchanges on physical merchandise and items for 30 days after purchase and we also honor the returns and exchange policy of our vendor stores and platforms.  Digital merchandise is non-refundable except where explicited stated. Digital merchandise may be exchanged at the discrestion of Dasahit.

We strive to provide courteous service and complete customer satisfaction, however, we do reserve the right to refuse service.

Our offices are not open to the public and all in person correspondence is by appointment only.
