AllowTech, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”), a California Company,  built and operates the Centask Web Application (the “Service”).

Based on your explicit consent we may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, offers, surveys and usage tips and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Centask Application Data

Centask does not have its own servers, it runs on google app script services and store task information on google Firebase database service.

Except for email bodies and attachments files, which we never store on our Firebase database, all other data related to Centask app, such as, but not limited to.  email title, tasks, subtasks, due dates, timezone, app preferences, and feedback, are stored on our Firebase database

In a case of an error in the app we collect data and information called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Usage Data

We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, your interaction with our service and other aggregate diagnostic and data to help us improve the service.

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

Retention of Data

We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you the service, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We do not share, sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties except as described in this privacy policy. Information gathered at our service is done so on a voluntary basis.

We currently retain all user data indefinitely, until you specifically delete your application data, contact us and request to shut down your Centask account, or you exercise your ‘right to be forgotten’.

Because we keep back-up copies of our Firebase database for the purposes of recovery from errors or system failure, residual copies of any account information may remain on our systems for some time, even after you have deleted information or after the shutting down of your account.

Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be saved and maintained on google apps script and google Firebase computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. You can review Firebase privacy policy here.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Centask will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Centask application is accessed only via Google Apps user account.

The security of your data is important to us and we use appropriate technical safeguards to ensure the safety of that data. However no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If we ever find or suspect a personal data breach we will without delay, within seventy-two (72) hours after becoming aware of it, notify the appropriate supervisory authority about the breach and you where necessary.

The data in our Firebase database is protected by google Firebase services. Most of the data processing activities are being performed automatically, without human intervention. However, our development employees, operating under strict confidentiality agreements, have access to the data stored on Firebase (which does not include your Email bodies and attachments), but are only allowed to temporarily access it with your explicit consent to fix a problem.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Centask aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 (“Child”).
