• Search vendor profiles and view fraud risk scores without signing up
• Create an account to submit fraud reports and receive updates

You may not:

• Submit false or misleading reports
• Use TapIQ to harass or defame individuals or businesses
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

3. Account Responsibilities

If you register an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting fraud reports or other content, you:

• Represent that the information is truthful and based on personal experience
• Agree that we may use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service
• Acknowledge that false reports may lead to account suspension or legal action

5. Verification Process

All submitted reports are subject to review by TapIQ. Approved reports contribute to vendor risk scoring. Reports that lack evidence or are found to be malicious will be rejected.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by TapIQ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimers

• TapIQ does not guarantee the accuracy of fraud risk scores or search results.
