April 30th  Lesson: “Food Chains”

1. Engage:

• Take a look at the phenomena at the NGSS site. How does this animal play a part in any food chain? Is it a producer, consumer or decomposer?

2. Explore:

• Spend 90 seconds writing down as many questions as you can think of about the phenomena at the NGSS site. (Actually set a timer!)
• Spend 5 minutes investigating, observing, and researching as much as you can about your questions.

3. Learn & Explain: Use the content below to learn some key information. Take notes as you learn:

• Google Slides
• Read 241-244 in your online textbook.

4. Elaborate: Use the resources below to go deeper and apply the learning to new levels.
