It’s time to renew your membership. Brian Patch sent out an information packet in the mail. If you did not receive one or have questions regarding membership, please contact Brian at (719) 989-0208 or brianpch@msn.com. If mail and paperwork aren’t your things, maybe it would be easier for you to complete our membership form online. Mike Peters will be creating and issuing membership cards. The information we collect is used to keep you informed. We will use all forms of communication ie: mail, texting, and email. What kind of info do you ask? Tournament schedules, clubhouse specials, board meetings, etc.
Last Tuesday of every month at 4:30 PM at the clubhouse.
The clubhouse and course reopen to the public in March. The course is open when the temperature is above 32 degrees. To protect the greens, members and the public are expected to comply.
The restaurant and bar operators are Karen Wilson and Mike Peters of P & W Ventures Inc DBA Second Street Bar & Grill. Mike is the General Manager and handles most of the day-to-day operations.
Beer on tap! We bought a kegerator. Which beer should we have on tap?
We are still working on enclosing part of the patio for greater comfort during the shoulder seasons. Most of the funds for this project were awarded from a grant.
The golf course is celebrating 55 years! We are hosting a tournament from May 14-16.

We have changed our green and cart fees for 2021. Nine holes are now $18 and eighteen is $30. A cart is now $12 for nine and $15 for eighteen. Cart passes and range passes are available to purchase in the clubhouse.
In mid-April, Bruce and Tom will be working on the greens.
We are building six campsites on our property. We hope they are booked all summer long generating much-needed revenue for the course. We have moved the cart access from the west parking lot to behind the clubhouse. No longer can you drive a cart through the west parking lot, please use the new gate behind the clubhouse.
The following bullet list outlines some of the rules that we need to enforce to maintain the course in good condition and to ensure the safety of all golfers:
In addition to the existing rules, the Board feels it is necessary to implement penalties for violations of the policies and laws.
Due to the increase in play on our course, the Board is implementing a new requirement
for members.
