This week students will: - Complete daily warm ups focussing  synonyms, antonyms, and homophones.
- Review GMAS vocabulary in preparation for a test on March 29, 2024.
- Read and analyze literature.
- Review mood and tone.
- Participate in 2 - 25 minute Independent Reading Sessions.
Please remember that students must meet their AR goal to make a 100 for independent reading each grading period.
Homework - Read for 30 minutes each night. |
This week will finish our study of the Pythagorean Theorem and  right triangles.  This topic is the second main standard we cover in our geometry unit.  Our schedule will follow: - Monday - Applications of PT; Distance on the Coordinate Plane
- Tuesday - Distance Formula
- Wednesday - Review
- Thursday - Pythagorean Theorem Test
- Friday - Volume Review Task

Student cell phones must be turned off and put away in their bookbag. Â Any student who has their cell phone on them (in their pocket, hoodie, or hand) is in violation of our policy. Â The phone will be taken and turned into the office for consequences based on our policy.
