- By using the Yoyo app, you agree to the terms outlined in this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the app.

- Yoyo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions
- You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the app. You may not distribute, sublicense, or sell the app or any part thereof.

- Yoyo reserves the right to terminate your access to the app at any time without prior notice, for any reason or no reason.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Yoyo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Yoyo or its licensors be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
Privacy Policy

- Yoyo doesn’t collect information you provide when using the app, such as your API key, chat history, and preferences.
Use of Information
- Yoyo doesn’t use the information collected to provide, maintain, and improve the app, as well as to communicate with you about updates and other relevant information.

- Yoyo does not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
