Disciple-Making Movement

The purpose of this group is to make disciples who actively make disciples. The goal is to multiply quickly and healthily. These points are guidelines. The only requirements are that you follow the Bible, actively engage with lost people, and multiply your groups.

Outline:

• Crossculture Group

• Quarterly (every three months); regional large gathering for worship, encouragement, and networking.
• Because everyone is growing and making new groups, there needs to be a unifying event to worship and cast vision.

• Obedience-based ministries
• Testimonies
• Networking
• Worship

• Multiplying Group

• The house groups that are growing and multiplying.
• Meet weekly.
• Inviting lost people.                              

• Action Groups

• Participating in obedience-based ministries.

• Sickness, prison, poverty, orphans, etc.

• Meet lost people to invite to Multiplying Groups and Crossculture Group
• Energize Christians to become Kingdom-minded and join Multiplying Groups and Crossculture Group

Start with a Core Group of Kingdom-minded people (Multiplying Group)

Meet in homes. You can decide how to rotate homes and the Rotating Leader (the person in charge of leading the discussion).

• The Rotating Leader should be selected with preference to lost and struggling Christians. The goal is to have everyone lead so they can replicate the group on their own.

• The group invites the lost.
• Read the Bible with a structured plan you like.

• Avoid reading the scriptures too much during group time. Everyone should be challenged to read on their own time with their Access Group.

• You can use good explanation media if needed.

Discuss:

• What does this say about God?
• What does this say about people?
• Have I obeyed? How will I obey?
• Who can I share this with? Did I share with someone last week?

• As soon as the group becomes too large for a home, the Core Group splits up and starts the process over.
