The Happiness Bar is the place where you can find free help for your site. Here you can find users, dev and design that will offer experience with:
When working at the Happiness Bar, you will help people with their WordPress question
Attendee’s experience levels can range from absolute beginner to advanced. You can expect a wide variety of problems and questions.
Your job is to politely address these questions and help people find an answer. Please note that you don’t have to know every answer yourself. When you can help someone finding a person who can answer their question, that’s helping them too!
During your shift you’re responsible for cover your shifts and be prepared regarding all the questions that attendees will ask.
You will be part of a happiness bar team, including happiness bar manager.
