Method of contracting and ordering

Junior provides its customers with a Software as a Service subscription to access its products and services. The provision of use of the products and services are governed by an order form listing the specific services and products that the customer is purchasing and the legal terms stated in Junior’s Cloud Services Agreement executed by the customer and Junior’s representative. A copy of the executable agreement can be requested from Junior by contacting legal@myjunior.ai.

Service Access

Services become available and accessible upon enablement and implementation of the services.

Termination/Cancellation of Services and Refunds (Subscription Services)

Some of the Junior’s Services are offered on a subscription basis at a minimum 1 year subscription term(s). The agreement can be terminated by either party due to the other party’s breach of the Cloud Services Agreement. No early termination or cancellation without cause is allowed. In the event of termination by customer due to a material breach by Junior, customer will be issued a pro-rated refund of any pre-paid fees for the reminder of the then current subscription term.

Termination/Cancellation of Services and Refunds (Consumption Based Services)

Some of the Junior’s Services are offered on a consumption basis. For these Services Customer is invoiced monthly based on the previous month’s usage. Services offered on a consumption basis are not subject to refunds. Customers can choose to stop using these Services at any time.
