How does my service work?

Firstly, I will love to know about your ideas for the commission! Feel free to offer a sketch if you have a clear idea in your mind, or we can talk about it to reach a good solution for the artwork!

After we talk about it and the idea is clear, the upfront payment will be made via Paypal. And of course, we can always discuss payment plans!

I will then send you a sketch of the artwork, where we can discuss changes. If everything is ok, I will proceed with the sketch until the final artwork is complete!

I will send to you, by the e-mail you have provided me, the file of the artwork with its full quality!

And there you have it, a complete commission made with lots of care and effort! And of course, my eternal gratitude of having commisioning me!

🍃Commissions🍃

• A fee may apply if the character has a very complex design, extra limbs/bodyparts.
• I don't do refunds after the sketch has been approved by the client.
• I don't do refunds after the commission has been completed.
• I can send you W.I.Ps after the sketch has been made, feel free to message me!
• I offer 3 alterations for free, after that it will be charged a $15 fee for each change made (except if it is a detail that was talked about before and I forgot to make. In that case, no charges will be made)!
• There will be no changes after the commission has been finished.
• By commissioning me, you agree to give me permission for using your art as an example on my gallery and social media, you can ask me for a private commission, but please inform me before paying.

🍃Copyright and alteration of the final product🍃

• I prohibit my art to used in any AI programs, blockchain-related technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency and sorts.
• No finalized commission may be modified without permission. No permission will be given ever to erase or modify watermarks, signature or important parts of the commission (eg characters). Please, do not edit or crop my watermark from the artwork!
• You are not allowed to use my artwork as yours or make any profit with it without my written explicit permission (making merch and selling it).
• The client can reupload the artwork anywhere with proper attribution, crediting MandyPawsitivity.

🍃Payment🍃

• Payment must be made upfront after we discuss the commission details!
• Payments accepted through Paypal only, in USD.
• I will ask for your e-mail to send you the Paypal invoice.
• Payment plans can be discussed with me! I offer half and half payment plans, made in the same month.
• The artwork will only start it´s process after the second payment (from the payment plan) has been done.

🍃Turnaround time (TAT)🍃

• I follow a queue for my commissions! Once I finish the other commissioner´s artwork, I will inform you that I´m starting yours!
• From 5 days to two weeks, delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the order and if there are other commissions in my queue.
• You can ask for a commission to be finalized for a specific date, if the date is too close (less than 2 weeks) a fee will be applied that will vary according to the complexity (please inform me to reach an agreement first).
• The maximum time for my commissions is 3 weeks (MAXIMUM). I will always maintain communication and inform you if there are any external problems! If this time is exceeded I offer a refund, as long as the delay time is my fault and not due to lack of response from the client after sending the sketch!
• I apologize, but I do not work on weekends! I reserve them to relax and focus on my wellbeing.

🍃Refusal of Service🍃

• If the artwork contains something that makes me uncomfortable, I can deny the service to anyone, and the client will be informed about the denial of service.
• If the commission is about a subject I can't do or have no experience with, unfortunetly it can be refused.
• If the client is rude or does not respect me, I have the right to deny them service.
