• Any other information regarding the website.

The information required from our client for a new website will be:

• What domain name would be required.
• Email address
• Access to Outlook or any other email platform
• Web address

The information required for our existing clients are:

• Passwords to gain access.
• New/ updated content including images.
• Upload updated Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notices
• Upload any other policies.
• Access to Domain settings

This information will allow us to provide you with an efficient service, as expected. We will always aim to provide excellent service regardless of whether you are a new client or an existing client. We receive information from several avenues because we promote our products on the following:

Once you have engaged with us, we will require the information directly from you which allows us to arrange for your requirements to be completed in a timely manner.

How we store your information.

Craig Thomas Online Ltd client and supplier information will be stored within a cloud-based CRM system which is password protected, which is accessed by our management team.

Craig Thomas Online Ltd have the appropriate security measures to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed unlawfully.

We store your website information on a server that is highly secure however, we do have several paper documents which we store in a lockable cabinet.

We would keep your information for as long as you remain a client once you have transferred to another provider then we will no longer have a reason to store your website which includes the content.

Our deletion process would proceed once we have transferred your website which is stated within our Deletion Policy, or you exercise the right to be erased your data.
