- DTE customers can report outages and downed power lines and check the status of their outage online at outage.dteenergy.com, with the DTE Energy mobile app, or by calling 1-800-477-4747.

- United Way for Southeastern Michigan can help answer questions and provide assistance. Their 2-1-1 helpline is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. If you have issues dialing 2-1-1, you can call 1-800-552-1183.

- When the City of Oak Park's Warming Center opens, the Recreation Department staff will post information at the Community Center and on the City's website at http://www.OakParkMI.gov. Every effort will be made to also announce Warming Center operations via Community eBlast and on the city's Facebook and Twitter pages @CityofOakPark.
