FAQS

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

When should I arrive?

The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 1 hour prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 30 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Can I bring animals?

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at atlanta@candlelightexperience.com if you plan to bring a service animal.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Is there an age requirement?

Must be 10 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there food and drink available?

You are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages with you to the concert. Wine, beer, and canned spirits are allowed. No other alcoholic beverages are permitted. If you plan to bring alcoholic beverages, you will be asked to show valid identification and will receive a wristband upon arrival.

There is no food permitted or available for purchase.  

Is there parking available?

There is street parking available on Edgewood Avenue, Elizabeth Street, and Waverly Way. The Inman Park Methodist Church lot (1/2 block from the venue) will be open for parking at the corner of Edgewood Avenue and Elizabeth Street. The venue is also located 2 blocks from the Inman Park Marta station.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Face masks will be available at all events and attendees will be required to wear a mask to enter and while moving throughout the space. When shows are outdoors, fully vaccinated attendees may take off their masks once they sit down at their assigned seats. By removing your mask and signing the safety pledge and liability waiver, you are representing to Fever that you have been fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus with an official vaccine approved by the FDA.  When the show is indoors, guests will be required to wear masks while not actively drinking beverages.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case of bad weather conditions, the performance will be moved indoors and you will be notified by email. Please ensure your Fever account is associated with your correct email to receive any notifications.
