Instructions for resetting your MiCME password.
Note: These instructions are for Non-UM accounts only. For UM accounts, please sign in using your Unique Name and Single Sign On (Level 1) password.
Step 1: Go to umich.cloud-cme.com
Step 2: Select Sign In
Step 3: Select Non-UM Sign In
Step 4: Click on Forgot Your Password
Step 5: Enter the email address associated with your account then click on Reset Password.
Step 6: Please check your email inbox as well as your spam/junk folder for an email from the University of Michigan Medical School ocme-ll-support@umich.cloudcme.com.
Step 7: Click on the Reset Your Login button located in the email message.
Step 8: The button will redirect you to the MiCME website, where you can create a new password.

In either case, it is suggested that you start fresh by clearing both fields and making sure the password entered meets the requirements as well as is entered correctly into the confirm password field.
Step 9: Once your password has been reset, it can be used immediately to sign into MiCME.
