Pupil Premium Tracking and Report 2022-23

Cohort description

This is a much smaller cohort than last year, when our PP children actually exceeded the attainment of their non PP peers.  

This cohort of 6 includes one child new to English. The other three that didn’t reach GLD are all on the SEND register. Half of this small group are summer-born.

Established Pupil Premium Provision for the Cohort

£4,800 towards non-SEND teaching assistant time, facilitating interventions.

Additional PP-funded provision accessible to children

£2000 towards learning mentor and assistant learning mentor time, providing pastoral support.

Attainment

Only 2 of the 6 children reached GLD, with writing being the area of most difficulty. 4 of 6 reached ELG in number.

This cohort attained less highly than their peers.
