What are the different ticket types?

Premium (Best Visibility)

Zone A (Excellent Visibility)

Zone B (Good Visibility)

Zone C (Fair Visibility)

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Ticket changes

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Where is the experience taking place?

ARTA, 62 Albion Street, Merchant City, Glasgow City Centre, G1 1PA.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is within easy walking distance of city centre transport links. The nearest train stations are High Street or Queen Street stations, both within a 10 min walk from the venue.

Is there food served?

Yes, food and drinks are available for purchase. You can pre-book a tapas meal for two at the venue’s restaurant via the ticketing platform. Check out the full menu here. Vegetarian options are provided. The venue will require a pre-order two weeks in advance, please email events@arta.co.uk or call directly at 01415522101.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

 

Does this venue have disability access?

This venue is not wheelchair accessible in the concert hall.

Is there parking available?

There is no parking available onsite, but immediately adjacent to ARTA is a Q-Park Candleriggs.
