Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year!

Students should be checking their school email daily.  I send a lot of information out on job shadows, application waivers, admission/recruiters visits, apprenticeships, deadlines approaching, scholarship information, job postings, and other opportunities for students.

Dual Enrollment is due October 1st for the Spring semester and March 1st for the Fall semester. ECCP (Early College Credit Program) due date for summer courses is February 1st.

ACT

Seniors- If you’re interested in retaking the ACT - please visit the ACT website for testing sites and to register.

ACT Scores were emailed to each student’s email address (the email address they put down when they registered for the exam).

Juniors-

Junior took the ACT on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. ACT scores should be sent to each student in 6-8 weeks from the test date.

What is Youth Apprenticeship?

NCAA Eligibility Center  Information was emailed to each high school student.  If you’re interested in registering and have questions, please see Mrs. Medema.

U.S. Selective Service - Male students (18 - 25 years of age) are required by law to sign-up for the US Selective Service. Male students ages 17.5 and older will need to do this before applying for FAFSA and some post-secondary options.

Juniors- Wisconsin Direct Admit Website

Seniors - This fall I was in  the senior American Issues Class to discuss post-secondary options with seniors. I'll also be having senior meetings with each senior individually. They will each get a copy of the senior slideshow/folder on "next steps". This will have a variety of post-secondary options in it for parents/guardians and students to look through.  I discussed all of the items in the slideshow with your son/daughter, please have them show you this. ​The Shores of Fox Lake is  currently hiring for aHostess Position. They are looking for a motivated employee that is good under pressure and would thrive in their fast paced environment! They have extremely flexible hours and can work around sports schedules. This job does however entail working weekends and even some holidays.

Randolph Health Services Housekeeping- Randolph Health Services in Randolph is looking for students at least 16 years old to work every other weekend in Housekeeping (hours would be 7:00 A.M. - 12 noon every other weekend).  Please see Mrs. Medema or contact Randolph Health Services at (phone: 920-326-3171) if interested in applying.

Work Permit Information is now online for anyone under the age of 16.
