Please LABEL with your child’s name.

1. Complete change of clothes (in a sealed bag with child’s name on the bag)
2. Book bag (with one zipper for child’s success and large enough to fit a regular 8-1/2 X 11 paper inside without folding, name written on the OUTSIDE of bag)
3. Plastic storage box/pencil box (for storing crayons and pencil)
4. Crayola regular size crayons: 8 pack
5. Crayola markers: 8-10 pack

Please DO NOT label with your child’s name.

• 2 cans of Playdoh
• Large container of Clorox antibacterial wipes
• Box of thick tissues
• Roll of absorbent paper towels
• Large container of Huggies baby wipes
• Dispenser of hand soap
• 6-pack Elmer’s SMALL glue sticks (6g/.21oz)
