Note: This manual applies to different systems such as the Digital Farm System (DFS), The Funny Farm (TFF), Weeds, etc. Some parts of this manual may not apply to your specific system.
The VM Designs Seed Rezzer allows you to place a rezzer near your fields (for DFS and TFF) or on a table in your home (for Weeds) and automatically pull items from your Sorter. You can select which items you want and what quantity and have them delivered automatically without the need to return to your sorter or dig through your inventory.
NOTE: The VM Designs Sorter is required to use this item.
Unpack the box as normal.
NOTE: Only active the Seed Rezzer in ONE Sorter per system that has the items for your appropriate system. This means if you do DFS and Weeds, you can activate the Seed Rezer in your DFS Sorter that you use for DFS and you can activate it in the Weeds Sorter that you use for Weeds, etc.
Step 1 - Rez the Access Token in a location where you have rez rights and where scripts can run. This notifies the VMD Servers that you have the rights to use this Add-On. The Access Token will do its job and vanish. The Access Token has copy permissions so you’ll still have one in your inventory. You will see a local chat message confirming your access rights were updated.
Step 2 - Go to any of your Sorters that need to use this Add-On and access the Sorter menu. On the main Sorter menu go to the Add-Ons and you should be able to toggle this Add-On to “On” and its status will show On once the popup menu refreshes. Remember, for the Seed Rezzer, only activate this Add-On in one Sorter per system.
Note: For the Seed Rezzer to properly rez items when the Seed Rezzer owner is not online, the Seed Rezzer needs to be in a group that has rez permissions on the land or the land has to be set for open rez.
Pick the location where you wish to have your items rezed and Rez out the Seed Rezzer from your inventory.
Click the Seed Rezzer and you’ll get a popup menu listing all the items in your sorter that have appropriate items in them (empty crates are not shown).
Select the menu number for the items you wish to rez and you’ll get another popup to enter the quantity.
Enter the number of items to rez and click Submit. The rezzer will pull the requested quantity from your sorter and rez them out for you. NOTE: For TFF, the Seed Rezzer also checks the amount of compost and will rez the compost in front of the Seed Rezzer. Because of this check, there might be a slight delay in rezzing items.
For TFF you also have a second rezer that will rez your barrels, plops, etc. Position this item where desired and use these options:
To access the Seed Rezer Admin options, do a long press (left-click and hold) until you see this in local chat: [07:56] [VMD] Seed Rezzer v2.0: Long Touch Detected, Release to get the Admin Menu.
Here are the admin options:
Group - Puts the Seed Rezer into Group mode (people in the same group can use it)
Private - Puts the Seed Rezer into Private mode (only the owner and server-assigned admins can use it)
Debug - Only used if you're with Vikk.
Done - Closes the menu
Update - DFS and Weeds = Used to update the Seed Rezer if you have an update crystal (click the crystal first and then click this update button).
Reset:
DFS and Weeds = Resets the scripts in the Seed Rezer in case of problems.
TFF = Resets and loads the latest item list from the VMD Servers.
